Mental Health Social Worker
We have an immediate vacancy in South West London for a GSCC registered Social Worker to join a Community Mental Health Team and hit the ground running with a case load.
Duties: To undertake assessment of needs and care management responsibilities for adults with mental health difficulties, and their families/ carers, during a crisis. To provide a social work service to adults (in crisis) with mental health difficulties and their families/carers. To manage, monitor and review care plans, involving users and carers and liaising with other workers and agencies as appropriate.
Dip SW or CQSW Knowledge of the Mental Health Legislation and related guidance Knowledge of CPA Understanding of National Framework Standards
Pay £20.25 per hour
